These terms govern your use of the Gembind app. By using Gembind you agree to them.

The service

Gembind lets you scan trading cards to identify them, estimate their condition/grade, and track market values. Identifications, grade estimates, and prices are provided for informational purposes only and are estimates — they are not guarantees, professional grading, or financial or appraisal advice. Do not rely on them for buying, selling, or insurance decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions & billing

Gembind offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Fair use of "unlimited" plans

Plans described as offering "unlimited" scans are intended for normal, personal use. To keep Gembind fast, reliable, and affordable for everyone, we may apply reasonable technical limits and may throttle, suspend, or restrict usage that is automated, scripted, shared across many people, or otherwise far beyond typical individual use. "Unlimited" does not permit resale, bulk/commercial processing, or abuse of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, circumventing limits or security, reselling access, or interfering with its operation.

Trademarks

Gembind is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any card manufacturer. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on estimates provided by the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
